Pamela founded The Dali Tails with a clear goal: to raise the standard of dog care for New York City’s homes.

Pamela understands the importance of discretion, consistency, and professionalism. Based in Midtown Manhattan, she saw a clear gap in existing services — oversized pack walks, rotating caregivers, and limited attention to individual dogs.

Pamela personally oversees the Manhattan service arm, hiring and training each walker to uphold the standards she applies to her own Swiss Shepherd. Her focus remains on calm, structured care that supports dogs both physically and emotionally, while offering clients complete peace of mind.
